Clubs and parents are responsible for providing accurate athlete, eligibility and contact information. Organizers may correct or void entries that do not meet published requirements.
Privacy and secure links
Club registration and parent manage links must be shared only with intended participants. Apex uses submitted information to operate tournament registration and athlete safety workflows.
Tournament decisions
Tournament organizers retain final authority over event/category eligibility, entry corrections, event changes and participation requirements.
